By downloading or using Call Support Now, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

About the App

Call Support Now is an iOS app that provides a curated directory of customer service phone numbers for US companies. The app allows users to search for companies, view department-level contact numbers, and initiate calls or text messages directly from the app.

Free Trial

Call Support Now offers a 30-day free trial beginning on the date of first launch. During the trial, all features are available at no charge. When the trial expires, phone numbers are locked and a subscription is required to access them.

Subscription

After the free trial, continued access to phone numbers requires an active subscription:

• Price: $2.99 per year
• Billing: Charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase
• Renewal: Automatically renews annually unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date
• Cancellation: You may cancel at any time via iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions
• Refunds: Subscription billing and refunds are managed by Apple per their standard App Store policies

Accuracy of Information

We make every effort to ensure that the phone numbers and company information in Call Support Now are accurate and up to date. However, we cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information in the app. Company phone numbers may change without notice. We are not responsible for any inconvenience or loss resulting from incorrect or outdated information.

If you find an incorrect or missing phone number, please report it to support@talknice.ai and we will investigate promptly.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use Call Support Now only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the app for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or reproduce any part of the app or its data
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the app
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the app

Intellectual Property

All content, design, and data within Call Support Now — including company listings, department names, and phone numbers as curated — are the property of Talk Nice. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the app without our express written permission.

Company names and logos referenced in the app are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Call Support Now is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that all phone numbers will be accurate at all times.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Talk Nice shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Call Support Now, including but not limited to damages resulting from incorrect phone numbers or inability to reach a company.

Changes to the App or Terms

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue Call Support Now, or any part of it, at any time with or without notice. We may also update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
