Thank you for using Call Support Now. We've designed the app to be as simple and fast as possible. Here's everything you need to know.
How the App Works
Call Support Now is a curated directory of customer service phone numbers for 1,000+ US companies. To use it:
- Type a company name in the search bar
- Tap a company row to expand its departments and phone numbers
- Tap a phone number row to initiate a call directly
- Tap a Text Message Support row to open a text chat with that company
Free Trial & Subscription
Call Support Now includes a 30-day free trial with full access to all features. After the trial ends, phone numbers are locked and a subscription is required to continue calling.
The annual subscription is $2.99/year, billed through your Apple ID. Your subscription automatically renews each year unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your iPhone Settings under your Apple ID → Subscriptions.
Subscription billing and refunds are handled by Apple per their standard App Store policies.
Frequently Asked Questions
Why is a phone number wrong or disconnected?
We verify numbers regularly but companies occasionally change them. If you find an incorrect number, please let us know at support@talknice.ai and we'll update it promptly.
A company I need isn't in the app. Can you add it?
Yes — we're continuously expanding our directory. Email us the company name at support@talknice.ai and we'll prioritize adding it.
How do I restore my subscription after reinstalling the app?
Tap the gear icon on the home screen, then tap Restore Purchases. Your subscription will be restored automatically.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to iPhone Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → Call Support Now → Cancel Subscription. You'll retain access until the end of the current billing period.
The app isn't working correctly. What should I do?
Try the following:
- Make sure you're running the latest version of the app
- Restart the app or your device
- Check the App Store for any available updates
