We collect anonymous usage data to help us understand how the app is being used and to improve it over time. This data includes:
- Which companies and departments are searched and tapped most frequently
- Search queries that return no results (to help us prioritize adding missing companies)
- Which app features are used and how often
- Trial and subscription conversion events
- App launch and session frequency
This data is collected in aggregate and cannot be linked to any specific user. No device identifiers, Apple IDs, or personal information are included.
Analytics Provider
We use TelemetryDeck to collect anonymous usage analytics. TelemetryDeck is a privacy-first analytics service that is fully compliant with GDPR and CCPA. Subscription Data
Subscription purchases and billing are handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not collect, store, or have access to your payment information, Apple ID, or billing details. Apple's privacy policy governs all transaction data.
Data Selling
We do not sell your data to any third party under any circumstances.
Third-Party Services
Call Support Now uses the following third-party services:
- Apple App Store / StoreKit — for subscription management and billing
- TelemetryDeck — for anonymous usage analytics
Neither service receives any personally identifiable information from us.
Children's Privacy
Call Support Now does not knowingly collect data from children under the age of 13. As no personal information is collected, the app complies with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).
California and European Residents
